Knocking on doors to register voters with BABE VOTE.
I was born and raised in Boise. I attended Highlands Elementary, North Jr. High, TVMSC, and I currently attend Boise High. I've been a community organizer since 9th grade, working for quality climate education, clean energy in schools, voting rights, and education funding. I run cross country and track for my school, and I love to ski, fish, and make TikToks. I currently work for the Idaho Conservation League as the Youth Engagement Coordinator.

On our last day of school at Boise High, we wore orange in solidarity with the families of the victims of the massacre at Robb Elementary in Uvalde, Texas. We held a moment of silence for the 19 students and 2 teachers who died in the shooting. This could have been any of us. Enough is enough. We deserve to feel safe in school, and we demand our elected leaders end the gun lobby and pass common sense gun violence prevention measures today.

After two years of student efforts, the Boise School board passed a "Collective Commitment on Clean Energy." Jane Fonda helped pay for 8 friends and I to take a class on climate change at Boise State. While we are very grateful to Ms. Fonda, this should not be necessary. Comprehensive climate education should be a part of K-12.
August 22, 2021: Guest Opinion - Clean Energy in Schools
The Boise School District leads the state in academic standards and teacher pay. By being the first in Idaho to pass a clean energy schools resolution, Boise could assert leadership in efficiency and sustainability, and help pave the way for nearby districts to make similar commitments.
June 24, 2021: ‘I’m Terrified.’ Idaho Students Fear Repercussions of Indoctrination Task Force
